I found this list of states with e-cig regs while wandering the web. It says it's updated as of Jan. 1, 2015.
There is also a link to their e-cig info page which is choc full of junk from Mr. G. There are links to their 'research', but I think some have been debunked (WHO and metal particles). Interestingly, they reference to Dr F's study for diacetyl, but no link provided and no mention of his conclusions. This leads me to surmise that they are aware of alternate studies but chose only the ones to support their position. That's no surprise, but it's sad.
