Could well happen, Kent. But I think the 0.5 won't be, as they're still fine for chasers. And while many of my tubes won't go down to 1.2, they are easy to rebuild higher. Easier than the Kanger single bottom coils, and they're pretty easy as well.

That's why I restricted the post to 1.2Ω But yeah... there's a widening of recognition of m2l vs lung inhale and the market has and will continue to adjust to that. I wouldn't be surprised to see 1.8Ω OCCs at some point... ie. for the Subtank - there already is for the T3S and the Aerotank stuff.

I just saw the shipping on the white kit - June 18, so yeah.. most likely others will have them sooner but maybe not at that price. HG is high on the kit and the parts which puzzles me.

I'll be looking for the 1.5Ω OCC replacement coils - so far haven't seen anyone who sells them, even though they are selling the new Subtank and KBox mini separately now. If someone spots the 1.5Ω coils, give me a heads up :- )

Even the GS air, the first days after using it (the old model with the screw) I found it too airy. Not to mention the new GSM!

Heaven's gifts have them separated, mine shipped last week. Very reputable place, one of the first in China, expensive. But if you want it bad, here it is!

I have a 1.2 in my subtank nano at all times and have never had a dry hit. I do use 50/50 though.

The new subtank has a smaller one hole that is better than the earlier version - I like the restricted airflow as well and I've used that setting although you can restrict it even further going between that setting and do a 'half a hole' It's what I do on the GS Air M's and have three holes (out of four) scotched taped off on the Lemo lol....

I have not had dry hits on the 1.2ohm from the earlier Subtank but I had teeth shattering pops from the 0.5ohm coils from 'cold starts' each time. Phil said 'add more cotton' but that didn't fix it. Didn't have that with the 1.2ohm or the 1.5 on the new one.

I sometimes fill the holes with loose paper towel balls. When washed they go away and you can even push them in with a toothpick...

Well, peeps. The latest mini mod to hit the shelves in the States is HCIGAR's HB Mini. It stands at 87mm x 39mm x 23mm. Has an easily replaceable 18650. It steps down to 1.7V for the low-wattage vapers and runs up to 9V/30W. At $32.99, not a bad choice for those who don't need/want greater than 30W or temperature limiting.
