Do you know if the voltage buck circuit works properly to reduce the voltage. I vape 3.2v to 3.7v, so if it does not buck the voltage it would not work for me.

Just tried it and it works fine :) Currently I'm running a 1.08 ohm coil and I reduced the watts to 9.5w to get to 3.2v, so it does step down properly.

Looks more like a trigger finger device than a thumb presser to me.

Could probably go either way, but if you use finger, then other fingers are going to be on the lower buttons. Also the screen would be facing away from you, not really convenient, but could show the world what a Professional Vaper you are to be able to use whatever high-wattage it does.

True, but then again it looks like that raised screen section would make it pretty un-ergonomic for thumb firing. And with a name like "Target"...;)

Think this one is right up KentC's alley. (Wait - that doesn't sound quite right. No innuendo intended, people!).

So would that make you try TC? :D

Looks interesting. Wonder what the life cycle will be on those coils?

I'd try anything--I just want to get away from winding itty bitty tiny coils and stuffing them with stoopid cotton wicks and snipping and tucking those stoopid little wicks just so. It's soooooo 2009...

Seriously? What took them so long? We've been discussing true ceramic wicks/coils for years here. I want a clean, non-reactive, and easy to maintain atomizing chamber.

I want easy, safe and user friendly--preferably before the FDA puts a stop to all development and innovation.

Right. :)

I'm mainly interested in that wickless coil. Target? Not so sure about that...

Not great for air travel, either, I'm afraid.

I'd likely be smoking if my only options were building my own.

True dat, but that's but one insignificant opinion.

Not one--and hardly insignificant. :D

I'm a blister pack girl too, and so is my BFF Kat and many, many other vapers. I got my first RTA solely out of fear of pending regulations, honestly. I wanted to make sure that I can survive any bans, taxes and restrictions that are coming our way. I'm glad I did, because I discovered that I not only can do it but I actually enjoy the process--when I'm relaxed and have nothing more pressing to do. But 80% of my vaping still comes from blister packs.

Now that's funny because we have MANY similarities, right down to BFF's named Kat!

:thumbs::D

And THANKS, by the way ("... hardly insignificant. ")

In these vapin' days, it's sometimes hard to avoid feeling that way when you're not a person who cares to" keep up".
