I LOVE the original eGo AIO's for Out & About...
Although they're pretty small...(I can fit 2 of them comfortably in my shirt pocket)...the new ECO's are slightly smaller...
original AIO...Diameter: 19mm...Length: 118.05mm
AIO ECO...Diameter: 14 mm...Length: 113.0mm
But...the new ECO's have about half the Atomizer capacity and less than half the battery capacity of the originals...
original AIO...Atomizer capacity: 2.0ml...Battery capacity: 1500mAh
AIO ECO...Atomizer capacity: 1.20ml...Battery capacity: 650mAh
[In addition...the AIO ECO comes with a "Large Air Cap" (for DL?) "with relatively two big holes". If you want the "Small Air Cap" (for MTL?) "with two small holes"...you'll have to find it for sale somewhere and purchase it separately.]

I've, yet, to see ANYTHING in my cats' box large enough to cover the Evic Basic's rather large clock...

The first Evic Basics (40W, NO TC) had a smooth surface and...because they're SO SMALL...had a propensity to slide out of one's hand...
The later Evic Basics (60W, TC) have the Winkle/Wrinkle surface...which is a nice texture and makes them much more graspable ...

It's funny but my original had it spelled that way, but I changed it because I didn't want you to take it the wrong way. I enjoy making myself the "...." of my own jokes, but taking the liberty to drag you into that mix would have possibly been inappropriate.
I happen to think it's kwite inappropriate of you to be appropriate. 
Hmmm... the mod might be a good choice for my Spheroids and other 16mm RTAs.In the Itty Bitty department, a couple of krazy & generous friends sent me something that's surprisingly become a heavy-use-purpose option for me. I knew the pods wouldn't work for me (at least none so far) because I absolutely NEED to control the output.
THIS however, is basically akin to someone having washed one of my mods in hot water (shrinkage!
Mind you, it'd NEVER be my main-vape, but the vape I get from it is surprising similar to my favorites, when set at my preferred 11w (RAW power, baybee!).
The Innokin GOBY (or as @Katdarling kawls it, "Go Bitty") has been a $20 home run. 1.6 ohms, 11 watts, 2ml of juice, 1000mAh, and smaller and lighter than my old & beloved Go-Go's. Wattage can be set and fixed at 10.5, 11, 12, 13, & 13.5.
Covers my needs, and I am pleased. THANK YOU, KD & JUMA.
I think with MFS' 15% sale this weekend, it's about $19 smackers for the kit (mod, tank, two coils, one spare glass, extra o-rings, and a screwy driver).
As I said, it's almost like someone washed one of my Jackies in hot water. Vapes VERY similar to the JAC & Eggroll (to my taste buds at least).

What I love about most is it's slender 34.5 depth (width?) I always get those two mixed up!
It's a sweet spot for the palm of my hands!
