that 5 gallon pot was one of the smartest things i've done.
doubling the recipe is a teeny bit more work.
not double the work.

Well, my husband “announced” tonight that I took 15-ish minutes of Blue Bloods pause time to try to get the battery cap back on the solo. He said, can’t you find more of those ... ones, or provari? (What??) Those ... ones you were smiling about. Ooh, asmodus? Well, I think I chose the perfect hubby 35 years ago

Sorry, I have to call it sauce. Red gravy is a term only the Cajuns use down here and it refers to a tomato sauce with (gasp)sugar added to cut the acid instead of cooking it down for four hours or more.

Well, I grow the plum tomatoes, process them, and use those to make my sauce, and my paste. No tinned tomato products for me! I also grow the herbs and the garlic. But I'm not Italian, so I guess that's why I don't call it gravy. Is Italian by osmosis a thing? Because I think that's what happened!
