Yeah, eff that, just throw away all your other drip tips, folks. I just got my 3 Routers. Yeah. Jeez.

While it does heat up some when chain vaping, it does not get to the point that it becomes uncomfortable to vape. And the shape means my lips will never accidentally get burned on the top of the atty. This is the only stubby drip tip that really works.

I called my post office yesterday and today and the only thing they do is point fingers at the other postal facility where it was last seen. I want to order another router and pay for an armed escort to my door but don't have that kind of money

Everybody keeps saying they haven't got their packages and that it says "label created" guys mine said this the whole time and I ordered on the 5th and got it on the 9th or 10th and I'm in Pa. I just couldn't track it but it sure got here fine. Now, Rider I'm not talking directly about you I'm talking about everybody else talking about it on here ans other threads. But P. rider if you called the post office and they can't find it then I guess that is a problem.. dang ups! It's def not Craig's fault but I'm sure he will take care of you. I should apply to Ups I would make sure all of our vape gear arrives safely!!

He sure does! Craig bit the bullet for usps and sent me out another router today. Better luck this time???

This is the opposite of my past experiences with usps. I have always been floored with how fast, cheap and safe they were.

Thanks Lyfe.

I either have packages picked up at our facility daily. Sometimes orders get processed near end if day and I personally drop those off at our nearest sorting facality cause it usually helps them process faster then going to local PO.

People will complain no matter what the case is.

USPS Flat rate for domestic orders I find to be the best bet. They're not always the quickest but most orders are fully insured (included). I find that to better protect the customers and myself.

I have had USPS kill and destroy packages and with the customers help we quickly resolve it.

To the naysayers about LA's Bell Gardens sorting facility.. I have sent out a couple hundred at a time and most dont update prior to delivery.

I do get a chuckle at how often I get blamed for that I can not control.

Oh and for international shipping.. I feel bad.

Some customers get hosed and wait a long time. Once USPS transfers to the destination country's customs they give up all support & tracking.

UPS or DHL wants to charge on average $45+ to send a RDA and a drip tip. One order to Russia, UPS quoted me $122 for the same order. It really varies.

I can't blame anyone for not wanting to pay those shipping fees as I wouldn't myself.

I guess I'm in only a half-international country, but my local postal service starts tracking the package once it's registered in the USPS system. Once it hits Canada, I have to use Canada Post to get anything further, but at least I know where everything is.

If USPS doesn't scan the package, I'm hooped x 2 until it hits customs, as was the case with this last order of routers. Was never worried, tho.

I can say that about 1/4 of my international vape mail has wacky USPS tracking, almost all of that from SoCal, Loki or otherwise.

I paid $US23.95 for 3 routers delivered to Australia. That's not too bad
Yes I just wish the international was a tad cheaper.. considering they wont insure USPS priority out of the states.

On a lighter note I have see a lot of trackings update... what I cant figure out is why they went to the Bell Gardens facility but now show as processing from several OTHER cities like Santa Ana, Fullerton, Anaheim... I'm starting to think bulk processing is a bad idea. Lol

The stress, people freaking out etc is going to drive me loopy and just close shop. Didn't get into this for the headaches.

Its not your fault Craig! Thats in the post office's hands. I wouldnt sweat it, I'd just put a disclaimer on your site about it. Just so people know once you send it ouy beware of what's about to happen, ya know!

I have one, but people dont always look before they leap.

The worst is then having someone blame you for other transaction that have nothing to do with me, my site or my processor.

Sometimes it not just the vapor thats dense. ;)

Switch service providers Craig.
I'm about ready to do that. FedEx flate rate, shame it costs more then USPS flate rate.

I unfortunately don't have the space to carry a ton of packing and shipping supples. The flate rate is easy and doesnt require weighing packages that just consume more time/space. Saves a customer when they buy several items as well.

Does it suck to pay $6 for USPS. Yes, but first class gets lost. . No insurance. Is it my fault? No but not everyone agrees.

No win situation. [emoji53]

Please don't close shop Craig! A lot of us really enjoy you being around and your products are ROCK SOLID. If you closed shop it would honestly affect me, i am always browsing your site, even though I know nothing new is out yet, I still check it out. And man, you have the downright BEST drip tip made in the US! That dang router tip, I've wanted them since the first run almost half a year ago and I just didn't order in time. But now I have them and I can honestly say I will never use my old tips again. The looks, and feel of it. Its perfect. Not to mention those Odins! You have all the top notch products. It really is unfortunate that members of ECF are ragging on you at the moment. I don't even know you personally and it still bothers me. So I know it's definitely bothering you but all I can say is don't let it bring you and your shop down!! I always have your back and when I see negative posts about you I really try to put a stop to it. Some people are just so bull-headed. Try to have a better day/ week man! Hope all is well with your family and co-worker! Take care.

Haters are gonna hate, its what they do and you can't change it. Quick question and apologies if you've heard it a million times, the site shows out of stock. Is this run gone or have you not had a chance to put more up yet? Thanks to super X I'm convinced I have to have an odin and I promise I will not complain or whine at all about shipping when I do get to order it.

If you're asking about BF Odins I just havn't had time to assemble more. Most of what free time I get to work on that has been spent on the phone to USPS and my local post Master this week.

I will do my best to get a batch up by this ciming weekend.
