What's freakin hilarious to me is that there are vaping products that cost much much more than any product Loki sell and it seems that people don't mind waiting for those. And I'm talking months, even years in some cases.

As good as Loki stuff is to me, I say the fair price point for a genuine USA made product more than justifies a little time from time to time. I'd say the products I've used - Odins and Routers are worth more. Hell, I've paid more than the cost of a router for a Delrin tip!

If this were me (and there's a reason it's not cause I'd be a hell of a lot less classy than Craig has been about it) Id only ofer either fed ex or ups and charge for the actual shipping cost plus a handling fee. I'd also offer USPS rates with a HUGE disclaimer stating something like "it may take several weeks for your product to arrive or you may receive it in several days - chose this option at your own risk"

It just SUCKS to see the fabricators of genuine, quality vaping gear get thrown under the bus for shizz they don't control.

Here's a funny one: see the attached pic. This is for several hundreds of dollars worth of stuff (one is the sim that will provide my 12 year old daughter with her first phone and she's whining less than some people and she's wanted that phone for years) that looked like it was to be delivered today (but I don't live in Atlanta so it didn't even reach my post office yet) and sat 3 hours away for days with no movement. Go ahead - look at the delivery date - Yep today. But it didnt come and I waited for the mailman and went to my local PO. No dice.

People need to chill. The gov'ment is a messed up institution.

It's all about entitlement. I deserve better. I want it now. You owe me.

Be patient. Chill out. If you don't get it in a week or two then ask Craig to submit a claim. Drive to California and pick it up in person if you need it that bad.

My experience with bulk orders and USPS is horrible. They don't scan all items at the origin because. That would involve work. If you take it to the local PO they will scan everything for you and provide a receipt. (I know its a pain) But, I've had better luck that way.

Well...I wasn't going to say anything but in view of the recent way some things have been said - when I ordered my Router DT when they went back on sale, I realized after I placed my order through the site that I really needed/wanted one more to add to my order. I called Craig and he said if I went back through the site it would generate a new order and charge me shipping again. He was able to find my order - ready to ship - and throw in another router BEFORE I EVEN PAID HIM!

Sorry - I'm not calling anyone out - we all get so dang excited to get our gear sometimes we loose sight that there are REAL people on the other end of these avatars and typed words. Whoever said "Words don't hurt..." didn't have internet.

Keep up the great work and customer service Craig! Appreciate all you do!

With the last Odin I bought the tracking info hadn't updated after about 3 days. I wasn't too worried about it but Craig emailed me telling me he was sorry and was working on getting it fixed and the next day it was updated. Being in Australia I'm used to waiting for my orders to arrive so it doesn't really bother me. Everything I have bought from Loki Lab has arrived within 2 weeks which is pretty good.If something is worth buying then it's worth waiting for and Craig's products are definitely worth it.

Im gonna wait till I get pieces back and do engraving to know the ammount I have. Laser may damage the cerakote in the process... rather be safe then sorry but tips should be in abundance.
How about making those without engraving? Or engrave then coat them? Makes for a really stealthy look [emoji106]
