My mom had corian countertops in her last house. Ugly (mainly because of her pattern choice) but durable.

Corian is durable. I received reports from other rental property owners that it was still slightly less durable en total than laminate. Anecdotal info, but it’s all I have to work with. Landlords have a fairly simple metric for this: how often does it need to be repaired or replaced and how much does that behavior cost? The claims said repair/replace was as often to slightly more often, and the costs were usually much higher. There were some exceptions. Melt marks could be occasionally buffed out or melted back flat. It worked with only very very minor damage though. That specifically did not apply, generally to hot pan damage. Placing a hot pan on corian frequently either gouges it it the pan is moving, or if simply placed badly melts it over a large area creating major hills and valleys because pans generally slump to one side or the other. Color generally isn’t affected though. My mom had corian countertops in her last house. Ugly (mainly because of her pattern choice) but durable.

Hmmm... statements about laminate are definitely the case. The impression I received when I researched it in the mod 2000’s was that corian repair is easier, but only if the damage is so minor that laminate would have resisted it completely. In the cases where the damage is severe enough to have damaged both surfaces repair of corian was often not possible, and in the cases when it was the cost was higher than total replacement of laminate.Once laminate is cut, burnt, chipped, it's time for new laminate.
Corian color goes throughout the sheet, easy to repair, can be worked with most woodworking tools.
It fell out of favor when Granite became popular, cost wise close to granite now.
The latest trend is Quartz, less maintenance than granite.

This likely assumed hiring a professional in each instance. Also the data is a bit out of dateOnce laminate is cut, burnt, chipped, it's time for new laminate.

Reminds me, when the tpd, tppr day came in the UK. Vape shops sold off all the tanks larger than 2mls at giveaway prices as they weren't sure how hard the rules would be enforced.Nothing look better than a new glassView attachment 809795
I find I agree with you. I thought squonking would just be a runaway win, but it’s not.Reminds me, when the tpd, tppr day came in the UK. Vape shops sold off all the tanks larger than 2mls at giveaway prices as they weren't sure how hard the rules would be enforced.
A pack of four crown coils came in about £10 in the UK but one vape shop was selling the crown v1 (still a fantastic tank) at £2.50 for the whole tank, spare glass and three coils. I also had a 20% discount so I bought twenty tanks, giving me 60 coils for a grand total of £40 delivered. Would have cost me £250 for the coils alone, lol. Crazy times. Couldn't give juice away.
I'm a clumsy bugger and squonking does offer some sturdy options but I've always used the metal or cage tanks on my rta's or stock tanks as I know I will break the glass ones. You soon get used to tasting when your wick or coil starts to dry.

I’ve got a lostvape drone and an aromamizer plus. I find I actually prefer the aromamizer on an aegis legend to the drone. Barely. The vape quality of the drone is ever so slightly better, mostly due to the mesh coil, but it’s more trouble to fill than the aromamizer, I can’t carry a spare deck around with me, and it doesn’t hold as much. It’s somewhat lighter, less awkwardly shaped and a good deal less phallic than the legend/aromamizer, but all told it’s still about the same total size and a good bit less convenient.
I WAS using that magma on that drone... it worked ok.. it’s got the profile on it now. The magma I was going to put on the VTX200 squonker if I can ever get around to remanufacturing those buttons and putting the thing back together. Please tell me you're not using that Magma on a Drone. What rda are you using on it?
