So i recently broke the glass in my tank, just went to the vape shop today and they took the coil out, put in another tank to try and replace it but finally found a glass thing that fits etc. So, after the coil was out and glass was replaced I went on my way.

I was vaping it at 70W for a bit, wondering why it tasted so burnt (they changed it to that for the other coil/tank) and now, after changing back (to 55W) and realising it about 30 minutes of dragging here and there, im around 8 hours later and its still (has been for a good few hours) taking really airy drags and its making an uncomfortable sound like air is coming in through holes somewhere. To what i can see, the airholes seem perfectly clean, i've took the tank apart, unscreweed the bottom half of it and (coil is attached to the top part) and its still doing it.

I have no idea what has happened - help

So... did they just replace the glass in your tank? Am I getting that right? Not sure if it’s a different tank or what.

I’m guessing the AF had been adjusted. No idea why, if they only replaced the glass, they would feel any need to adjust your wattage, but AF is easily changed inadvertently while taking tanks apart, putting back together.

They only replaced the glass, but they couldnt find the one I needed so they fiddled with different glasses before putting a new tank on, but the new tank is irrelevant since that wasn't bought. All i know, they took the tank off, unscrewed the bottom, tried a few glasses on it and then found one that finally fit. (Keep in mind they tried a few and found they were too small or too big, then the guy finally found one and said it was like 95% screwed on but theres nothing different, its perfectly fine). Thats really all the information I have. Also idk what the AF is.

AF = air flow. What tank is it? It’s likely adjustable.

Well the airflow has changed but the airholes are fully open as they usually are, but as I close it further and further the sound does sound to get tighter and tighter before nothing once its fully closed (my lungs died to test that one out). I'll attach a picture but its a smok tank with a bubble glass (I dunno the exacts, it was bought from a friend over a month ago). (also sorry for .... quality, best I have for my PC)

Have you tried another coil? Maybe using it at that higher wattage wrecked it. I have had some coils that as they near their end get more airy in the vape. My Sense do that. What I'm reading is, all was ok, things taken apart, put back together, wattage was higher than usual for a while in use, tasted burnt, now its not vaping normal. Following that trail your coils had it.

Yeah I was thinking it was that but I was hoping to find another solution :( I had to borrow the money for the glass so its a ..... getting a new coil so i gotta wait to get that money. I put a new coil in over 2 weeks ago so it should last me just over a week or so. Thanks for advice!
