Long Delay on KR808d Manuals

I have a KR808,that I like,but it seems to have a crazy delay,or something

Sometimes I hit the button and it takes off and there is a pretty good hit,other times I hit it and it takes a few seconds to make vapor,and finally sometimes it doesn't do anything at all. I would say it happens in pretty equal proportions
I'm still somewhat new to vaping,almost 3 weeks in. Is this a problem battery,or is it something that happens and I should live with it?

In my experience it happens when carto is not full and it may take more time for atomizer to generate vapor. I take this point as an advice to add juice/replace carto.

or for when it does nothing at all, be sure that the cart is screwed securely in place.

make sure you have other of the same bats to compare it too. Compared to the other same bats contact customer service to replace.
