Herb,

You might try to convince her to try a slim mod and a trouble free tank or even a small dripper.

I came into vaping trying to help a dear friend to kick the coffin nails and I like it so much that I even dropped my spare pipe smoking. My frend OTOH, started on cigalikes which as you well know do not work, except on films and TV. I convinced her to take the step up to an eGo Twist which she loved but they're almost disposable. Now I ordered for her (as a gift) a mini-Nemesis and a smok RDA. I'm sure she will love the true vaping experience (as opposed to the puny flavor and vapor volume of cartos & clearos). I'm waiting for the stuff to arrive —with fingers crossed that customs don't seize them.

Recently the Comission for the Reduction of Sanitary Risks, a branch of our Health Ministry upheld a restriction on everything related to "electronic cigarettes" on the grounds that there's not enough evidence that they constitute a way to stop smoking (a stupid ruling that the Senate had demanded be dropped). They are on a witch-hunt against sales, production, imports and even "components". Right now customs in Guadalajara as grabbed an Erlkönigin that I purchased last week.

Since I wasn't really aware of the change in rules (traveling when they issued it and most probably didn't make the news) it caught me with several items on the way (items from KP & FT). Most probably I'll have to send them (at extra expense) to a friend in the US who will smuggle them into the country next time he comes here. Fortunately they cannot seize personal items from tourists.

Love your sig - but vaping isn't as messy as a pipe cleaner dripping with tar :)

LOL! Actually, pipe cleaners, stinky as they are, are less messier than a leaky (name your favorite Kayfun, Fogger, Aga T7, Nautilus, Clearo...). My studio is always littered with Kanthal splinters, drops of juice from refills, etc, and my mods seem to be perennialy greasy.

Now I find my self on the brink of quitting vaping and return to my soothing pipes before it becomes a source of frustration and angst thanks to our stupid, corrupt politicians! (that's a pleonasm, right?)

Sadly, I'm in an extremely bad mood, fuming against our corrupt health authorities whom I suspect to be on the payroll of big tobacco or big pharma (or both) and have managed to enforce a global shutdown on vaping.
I've been cigarette free for almost 36 or 37 years, smoking on the outside three pipes a day and for long spells one or two a week. Vaping is a hobby and a pleasurable activity for me, not a tobacco substitute —although I've dropped pipes to one or two a week, mostly as a hard headed act.

Today I'll be opening a 250g of GLP Lagonda I've been aging for a year... Just when I hit the nail on the head with my RSST build!
