Title says it all, I have two 3.5 mil SMOK TECH DCTs that ive used for about a year. They're great and all but im now looking for other options. Problem is anything I can find that's close ends up being a large diameter 5ml or a shorter version with the same diameter (an example of this would be BigDaddyVapor's Lil' Mama tank) the DCT tank size is perfect for me. Pocket portable, light, and holds just enough juice for a full day of vaping (at my preferred vaping frequency :))

TL;DR version

Looking for:
  • 3.5 ml capacity (or around that)
  • Roughly the same length and diameter as a 3.5 ml DCT
  • Will NOT crack with any juice (im partial to citrus and cinnamon juices)
  • Accepts flanged and non-flanged XL cartos
  • Doesn't suck

Hook a vaper up! Thank You and Happy New Year

I'm using these with all my "problem" juices, cinnamon, absinthe, lemon, etc... they're polypropylene.

Not sure if they're Smoktech, but I really like them, pretty much all I use these days.

Pro DCTank Tube

You can always go glass/pyrex, but they're bigger, and more $$$

That's exactly what im using now, and I agree they are great. If those aren't official SMOK TECH tanks though, that was an oops on my part. Thanks anyway though!

I recommend the IBTanked IBTanked - Get Tanked With Us! The XL length, 19mm diameter option is nearly the same size and diameter as the Smoktech polypro 3.5ml DCT. The Smoktech is 20mm diameter. The IBTanks don't quite hold as much liquid because of the thickness of the pyrex tube compared to the polypropylene tube of the Smoktechs.

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/tank-reviews/349222-ibtanked-pyrex-glass-tanks.html I did a review with pics here.

These tanks have the option of acrylic (a plastic polymer) or stainless steel end caps. If you are using cinnamon/citris flavors, best to get the stainless. Pyrex tube and ss caps will run you around $22.50

I went to all the trouble of making this thread and then just a little bit later I found just the thread you posted in about IBTanks. I had forgotten about these guys and now Im just about to finish ordering one. I think previously I had held off because I was leery of the added weight of glass and SS. But after some reading ill be just fine. Cheers to you and IBTanks! :toast:

If you don't mind a slightly wider tank with 4ml capacity, the Phiniac XL-v2 will fit a 45mm carto. The diameter of the Phiniac is 22.2mm. These pyrex tanks start at $38. Not sure what the endcap material is (delrin?), they usually have some stainless steel caps available as an option for about $23 more, but website says they are out-of-stock.
