Should post this in the classies just in case it gets moved. but to answer your question, I personally have not come across Canadian vendors that sell goose necks, as for the USA there isnt much problem with sending hardware/parts across the border its mostly juice that causes the most problem

I want to get one but because shipping cost more than the gooseneck I just can't do it. Would be good if a few of us got together and ordered

Now I feel bad, because I ordered one in preparation for the Darwin, then changed my mind about the Darwin, so the gooseneck is just sitting in my tacklebox...
