Ive gone through atleast 10 Totally wicked tornados in the past year and I am DONE with them.. If they get to hot the wires by the button melt and burn up the pv everyone of mine has met its demise this way. The button is way to close to the atomizer and its heat.

I am looking for The most baddass PV there is as far as durability is concerned. It doesn't have to by VV but that would be a bonus. 3.7-5.0v is what Im after I would prefer 5v if its not vv but I'm not to picky considering i can use Low Resistance attys. I'm more concerned about reliably and battery life. Performance is a biggy to but I would think the performance should not sway to much if the voltage is the same between different Pvs.

I'm tired of sending my Pvs back for replacements I just want one that will last and do its job for a long time to come.

So does anyone have any suggestions?

my budget is $200 but I really do not want to spend that kinda money unless I have to, under $150 for a full kit would be perfect.

Thanks and happy vaping and may you never have to return as many PVs as me

Well...you have several options. You could go with a Silver Bullet, an Omega, a ProVape, a Copper...there are plenty out there. If you just want straight up 5V you can go with the GLV or GLV2. I wouldn't use LR with a 5V though...I think part of the problem you were having with the Tornado's was using LR attys. If you only want to use LR attys, then you'd probably be best with a 3.7V device. Just my opinion.

The really good VV's are going to run you over $200...that would be either the ProVari or the Darwin, but you'll have to wait for both of them. The lead time on a ProVari is three weeks and I'm not sure how long you'd wait on a Darwin.

It also depends on if you're looking for a mod or a regular model. Personally, I've had a wonderful experience with the Vapor King (KR808D-1) from Vapor4Life. I use their manuals mostly, but the autos from V4L are really good too. If you're a 510 (or other) user, you can always get an adapter for them. I sometimes use a 510 atomizer with adapter on my Vapor King and it works great!

I'm not sure about mods, since I haven't tried any yet, but I want to. Not because I dislike my Vapor King, but because I like to try new things and those big shiny mods just look..well, shiny lol

Badass bells & whistles, absolutely; however, neither has been on the market long enough to have proven durability which is the OP's primary interest.

I will add that the Darwin is over the OP's budget & the ProVari is at the upper end of it. There are a ton of great mods out there. If he wants a box mod even more

From my research...the most bad-... devices out there are the ProVari & the Darwin.

They both have significant warrantys.
Both are slightly over-budget for the full kits, but we are talking state of the art tech.

I have a ProVari & it's built like a tank! Can't speak for the Darwin.

If you REALLY need to stick to a budget, the others mentioned will suit you just fine.

Everybody has their favorites.
Take the suggestions & look at everything before you decide what's best for you.

Check out the Chucks by ThagBuilt. I have a butterfly little chuck and it is very durable. Some issues mentioned with the switch which I encountered as well BUT issue resolved by cleaning. They all need a little cleaning and TLC but ThagBuilt has great warranty, reputation, and customer service.

Silver Bullet will give you 3.7 or 6V depending on the batteries you choose. It is built to make it through the next WW and is well within your price range. There are a lot of choices out there as has been said and likely the longer the thread runs the more you'll see. Take a trip over to the e-cig review forum and do some reading.
