Looking for a Step VV regulator board w/ potentiometer

I use the 6amp versions also. They are very small and easy to work with! Its easy as .... to make a solid VV mod with it. Im ready to build my 3rd and 4th seeing as how my wife stole my 2nd one for herself!!! I like having multiple backups

I have used this and have abused it over 3 amps on DC, no problem.

Have you tested this with an atty attached? How is the voltage drop?

You'll get very little (but not zero) since the regulator maintains the voltage set by the feedback resistors regardless of load (up to maximum). That's one of the advantages of a regulated mod, very little voltage sag under load. The main concern with a regulator is efficiency rather than voltage sag. Regardless of losses elsewhere in the circuit, the regulator will always maintain the set voltage. It's the losses in the wiring and components that become the primary concern.

With 1.5, 1.6 ohm DC and TC I get .3 v drop with reg atty .1v, using this box on two 14500 bat, with 12v input PT the volt drop is around .1v no matter what atty.

I wanted something that would go to at least 7v.

Hmm, that seems high. I lose about 20mV at 10W with my boost mods, about 50mV at max output (30W).
