I hadn't given much thought to a mesh RDA, not sure how those work tbh. I haven't vaped much and kept up with the tech since 2015. I just have the 2 mesh tanks because that's what my local shop recommended.
Works like typical coil except uses a mesh strip instead of a wound up piece of wire. You form the mesh with the included tool, install it on the deck and feed the cotton through, trimming off the ends. It does require the use of more cotton, approx. 3 to 4x that of a 3mm coil, but the cotton lasts so much longer sans any dry burns. And you could extend this longevity if you use Rayon if you wish.
You can squonk with the RDA or just drip.
Additional mesh strips from both Wotofo or OFRF are very reasonable in price or you can purchase a spool of mesh and cut your own. The RDA can even accept a regular coil should you wish to give that a shot.
It is a fixed system meaning there is no toying around with coil placement. The mesh can only be installed in one way. As long as your wick is tightly packed under the mesh, it is near impossible to get it wrong.
