with the mini, you will find the need to go over 11 watts. less with the 1.8, but def with the 1.6 ohm coils. i have a few juices i go 13.6 watts on. jack-o-lantern on 13.6 watts is heavenly. beserker is good on 11.9. can't do either with an mvp. lemon bar is better over 11 watts, too.

Yum...beserker!

Only reason I haven't got an I stick is its 2 early 2 see if they'll be issues with them... I'm waiting paitently for the MVP3.0...

innokin has an opportunity the get this market back. it will be interesting to see what they do.

everyone is looking for an "mvp killer". right now, innokin could change that.

they have the right idea: perfect a small, 20w box mod. it's not really a dripping mod. it's what you need before you go that way.

the segelei 20 was near perfect. it's just goofy and really heavy. if they made a lite box out if that, without the stupid gyroscope, that would be perfect, cuz you can change the battery.

Since I began vaping I have always used mount baker as they are recommended a lot and their prices are good..

But I just got back into vaping after a break and went right to mount baker vapor and ordered their best selling juice "Hawk Sauce" and got as many flavor shots as I could (5) and I'm not impressed at all, there's definitely a very subtle fruityish/berry/menthol flavor like people say, and it's smooth and enjoyable enough to vape as in it doesn't taste bad, but it's not even enough flavor to keep me interested, I wish it were 50 times stronger.

I don't know if steeping would make that big a different in INTENSIFYING the flavor would it? I hear the longer you steep this juice the more menthol and less fruity and I'd prefer more fruity.. It could be my taste buds too from just getting off cigarettes again.

But anyhow, in a few days I'm thinking of ordering from a different vendor, I don't even care how expensive it is as long as I'm blown away by it.. I'd still be saving money if it kept me vaping rather than if I went back to smoking.

So any suggestions you have I'd appreciate, thanks. :) :2cool:
With MBV, I stick to their best-sellers, and add lots of flavor shots. What PG/VG ratio are you vaping? PG does add more flavor, while VG produces vapor. I go with 50/50, but you could up your PG levels in any ejuice for more intense flavor. I didn't care for the Hawk Sauce; I don't like menthol.
ITC VAPES was recommended to me, and they've lowered prices to compete with MBV. Spoonlicker V2, Dirty Dutchman, Heavens Bounty, and Black n Blue Cheesecake are supposed to be good.

I can vouch for Nicoticket as being a great company with delicious ejuice. All their regular flavors are good. I don't like fruit flavors, but people swear by all theirs. I love their Wakonda, and Custars Last Stand. H1N1 is a good flavor with tobacco undertones.
Suicide Bunny, and Pink Spot are good companies.
I don't like Five Pawns, but many do. It's pricey. Halo is a good company, too.
You didn't say what your flavor profile is: Tobacco, Fruit, Dessert?

I don't think the juice at MBV is really that good at all. I think it gets a lot of hype from the price and the fact that it is vapable. I would suggest buying a mod and RDA. Get it from fast tech or a similar site, that way it's cheap. Probably cheaper than your set up right now. Dripping is far better than a tank. I wish I would have gone straight to that and not wasted my money.

To answer your question check out Nicoticket. They have great fruit flavors, also space jam, ruthless and vigilance are some other great companies.
MBV just has too many flavors, but their best-sellers are great. I admit some flavors are awful, but since they send a free 15ml sample I never paid for those bad flavors:)
I love their Cinnamon Bun, Blue Moo, Moo Juice, Butterscotch, Honey Berries, Sticky Bun to add to Cinnamon Bun, and Vanilla Butternut. I've vaped everything over the years, and these flavors are just as good as gourmet priced ejuice. People who like menthol like Hawk Sauce, but I don't. I always get 4 flavor shots, 50/50 blend.

Back when I first started vaping I tried their butterscotch and banana and they were not bad. I remember them having more flavor than this hawk sauce but still not that impressive. I tried the vendor Zeus Juice and that spoiled me but after vaping that non-stop for awhile I got sick of that vendor too then I quit vaping for awhile and when I came back I decided to try mount baker's best selling juice and was even less impressed so that's why I made this thread.

I was not a menthol cigarettes person but I don't mind the light menthol taste since it has other flavors in it, when I think of menthol plain I think no thanks, but when I think of the idea of berries and menthol I think of some nice fresh berries that have been sitting in the cooler for a few hours and that sounds delicious. :D But this vape definitely needs more berry taste for me.. But I'll listen to the suggestions and see if it improves in the next month.

Though I read from one of the mount baker sales people on another site this "I know why you guys taste menthol but there is no menthol in this flavor. I just want to put this out there because it is so strange reading the reviews on this juice. It almost makes me giggle a little bit :). "

If that's true, the perception of a menthol hit in the vape is likely coming from mint included in the recipe. But that's just a wild guess.

After ordering from them twice and both times not being impressed at all. I just gave up. I've had cinnamon roll cause everyone over it but I just didn't think it was that great.

That could be! Scarab, if I really dig through my pockets I probably could get a Vaporshark DNA30 instead of an istick.
Do you really think an extra 10 watts is worth $100 more? I'm not much into dripping yet, I like glass clearomizers because of their convenience, so I probably won't ever need 30 watts will I?

Perhaps. What's most important is what works in order to keep me from going back to cigarettes. Some juices may vape better in advanced devices like those, some may vape better in a clearomizer.

I'm still using tank/clearomizers, but with the lower voltage class of variable or adjustable batteries (Kanger EVOD, EMOW, Vision Spinner, Ego Twist, etc.). It's all a matter of personal taste and need. I'm not opposed to trying the advanced devices like a DNA with a dripper, I'm just currently happy with the results of the products I use.

Same here, I'm not dissatisfied with the performance of my Protank 1 and evod battery, I think I get lots of vapor but then again I have never tried a better type of battery/mod and never tried the new dual coil clearomizers or drippers so I can't compare but I am a little obsessive compulsive and can't help but want more.. Maybe the difference will be astounding.. or maybe I am setting my expectations too high..

Taste is certainly subjective. MBV is some of my favorite juice that I've tried thus far (I've been absolutely destroying my 15ml bottle of Hawk Sauce - love the stuff). How you feel about theirs is how I feel about SAndSMods juice - nothing I've tried from them hits a mark with me. I've shelved most of it and given one bottle away. :-/

In terms of attomizers the best ones the Aspire Nautalis... What flavors do you like? In terms of fruit I've heard nothing but good things about SpaceJam E Juice... In terms Of Bakery can't go wrong with Mr Cookie by G2 Vapors... I think my next Juice order will be
50ml Bettlejeuse and Frenilla from Nicoticket and 30ml of Mr Cookie

I have been trying so many different "affordable" juice companies lately. I've had enough with paying such high prices when starting vaping was to quit smoking and I end up paying more than when i was smoking. Here's some of the travels I've been through lately.

I've tried MT Baker and hated every flavor I got. Even after a month long steep.

ITC, and for the price, its better than MTB, but I would not order from them again as I didn't enjoy the flavors.

Vape Wild has some amazing pricing, but after ordering a sampler pack getting 7 different flavors, I wasn't impressed. I would not order from them again, personally, but I have friends who re-ordered 120ml bottles of their juice, so taste is subjective.

I got a bottle of Nicoticket CLS recently and it's good, but not amazing to me. I'm letting it steep to see if any flavor comes out.

Also, on the way I have some Casey Jones Mainline Reserve. The price on that was great and it's been getting some good reviews in another thread. I can report back on that once I get it.

Everything I've tried from Epicus Nebula has been just plain amazing. The pricing is typical of Name Brand companies, but worth it in the long run. From them I have The General (custard) and Creme de la Crepe.

If you want an affordable company with REALLY good juice, try Dr. Crimmy's V-Liquid. They have been my go to for a little while, but I have been venturing out trying other companies again. My go to flavors from them are Kitty Milk and SOD. The Crimm Brulee is also good, but I found the throat hit to be too harsh at the same nic level as the other two. Quantity, quality, and price are worth every penny. Only problem is they only offer it in 60ml ($20) or 120ml ($30) right now. It was a big gamble for me when i ordered 4 120ml without trying the juice first but I never regretted it.

This is why I often recommend the Sigelei. For those people, who like me, lean toward the obsessive it is a great device. And very versatile. I can hit a nautilus with BVC coils at 10 watts or I can hit a sub ohm coil at .4 on my dripper (which I prefer). It is HUGE and all that but I chain vape often on a set of batteries and they last me all day. A month ago I stripped the threads on a cheap spinner knockoff and needed a new device. Just couldn't see spending the money on a device that would almost do everything I wanted.

By the way I haven't smoked in a month!

I guess taste really is subjective; I love their Cinnamon Bun, and my husband won't vape anything but Moo juice and Blue Moo. I buy from many vendors, expensive ones, and don't like Five Pawns. Nicoticket is great, and many others, but I I'm glad I like MBV since I can buy a lot more for my money. I have a sack of shame with about 50 different raved about eliquid flavors from various companies. Now, I make sure the flavor/company has been around, and only order best-sellers. That's working out well.

I think Nautilus Aspire is a great tank, so is Aerotank. I vape with the mini and full size tanks. They blow Protank out of the water, imo.

I like MBV, too, even after 2yrs. But I do stick to the best-selling flavors. Their Guar line German Chocolate Beefcake is good. I'm all about great juice at fair prices, and think many companies charge too much for bad eliquid. Halo: Belgian Cocoa, All Nicoticket, and Kick Bass Vapors: Mama's Angel Wings are great. Fixing to try ITC VAPES.

Using the minis also and love them. Had a couple various BDC and wick style tanks but gave them away. Recently bought 2 Aspire K1 tanks - I'd say they are every bit as good as the Nautilus except they only hold about 1.7ml. They are BVC as well though and they cost between $8 and $11 depending where you go. Perfect for a my non ADV flavors that I change out more often, or just packing along a change-of-pace flavor during the day. Really recommend them!
