I bought an eGo upgrade that runs at 4.2volts and I just ordered an eGo twist that will run at 4.8volts.
I'm looking for advice on what cartomizers would work best on these higher voltages.
On my regular eGo's I've always used Liberty Flights LF series standard resistance cartomizers.
My all day vape is BlueMist vaping 100% VG Robacco.
I tried a stardust and the first one was great for about a week, but died.
The next one I tried had a terrible burnt taste, so I'm back to using the Liberty Flights cartomizers.
I'm thinking there might be something better out there. I'm really after something that will take advantage of the higher voltage capabilities of the eGo upgrade and Twist batteries to produce more vapor. I'm not really noticing any difference in the amount of vapor with the standard cartomizers I'm using. They appear about the same on the higher voltage vs the standard voltage.....
PS: The stardusts were really a let down... fantasic idea, they hold a lot and its great to be able to just look and see how much is in them, but out of the five I bought, one died and two have such a terrible burnt flavor that I can't use them.
Even on my lower voltage eGo's they still taste burnt. For some reason no company seems to be able to produce a clear cartomizer that simply works as it should :(

You could always go with LR or standard Boge though the SR will only be great on the twist. Kanger SR is 2.5 ohm which will work well on either battery but it's horizontal coil and some people don't dig them.

You could always stay ego native, grab some Ego Mega Dual Coil Cartomizers (EMDCC). They look great, taste great, and can handle a higher voltage decently.
