Right now I have an Ego V V2 mega. I like this battery but want to explore. What I'm looking for is something with variable wattage, voltage and Ohm reading. Would like something very durable and not too bulky. Have to be able to carry it in my pocket in a small case. My job requires allot of physical activity and I've already made the mistake of forgetting to case my setup so it broke in half. Need it to be extremely durable. Also if you could suggest a good reputable, USA place to buy it that would be great as well. Thank you in advance for the help!

I would go with a Sigelei ZMax v3 or ZMax Mini. They are extremely well made and my Sigelei ZMax mini is my go to mod. It's durable as hell and is super small as it only takes 18350 batteries! It also fits in your pocket even with a tank on it!

I would not recommend an MVP simply because if it's going to be in your pocket WITH a tank screwed on, the fn thing is HUGE! I have an itaste VTR just because it's half the size of an MVP, since the tank is flush with the body of the VTR!

i also would recommend an iTaste SVD, since it's telescopic like the Sigelei ZMax v3, and can take any battery from 18350-18650! I usually keep an 18350 in my SVD just to make it smaller, and it's also durable as hell! Mine has been dropped a few times and it doesn't phase the SVD at all ;) My Smoktech SID didn't hold up nearly as good as my SVD on a drop. The SID is dead already after just one month of use and only one 3' fall :(

It's heavy, but you might consider the iTaste VTR. It is VV/VW and reads ohms. Despite the weight, it is short and pocket-friendly. With the recessed tank set into the side, you dont have to worry about breaking it in half. And this thing can take a beating. Im a truck driver and like having a solid setup because I usually toss my vape in my hoodie pocket and more than once have had it fall out while cranking trailer landing gear or fighting with the bar to release my tandem pins. My VTR has hit the asphalt more times than I would like and all it has is one minor scratch and a bunch of finger prints. I dont worry about it when its in the front pocket of my jeans either. I have a Provari and a maraxus as well, but neither of those is what youre looking for. The VTR is a beast though and prices are dropping online. I believe 101vape has them for $70

+1 for VTR. I wasn't sure about the box shape, but I love mine. I'm incredibly hard on my gear, and this thing is so durable that I haven't even managed to really scratch it yet. The recessed tank space has saved many of my tanks, and it also has the adapter so you can still use tanks/dcts/attys that won't fit into the recess. I've spent literally thousands on devices and the VTR is by far the best in my arsenal (I even prefer it over my telescopic mech mod). Only downside is that it's very heavy. But that also means that it can double as a weapon in tight spots. ;)

WHAT?

You would not recommend the MVP because it's "huge" but you would recommend the SVD, which is FAR, FAR LARGER?

So, the box mod is too big, but that giant shiny thing to the right is just perfect?

gonna have to agree. i had a few vv batteries and an svd (which i happen to still like) but i recently just got a reo grand and bottom line, its awesome. i also purchased a reomizer 2, which i was skeptical about because I've never built anything. in saying that, i got a few pre wrapped coils from avid vapor in 1, 1.5, and 2 ohm resistances and switched the stock silica for cotton. it literally took me 2 minutes and the performance is out of this world. its also a fairly compact device for the amount of fluid and battery size it uses. compared to my svd with a 650 and a decent tank its invisible. ill try and get a picture of the two later.
