i guess next time when i order from bestecig i'll order the pass
through...can you try it at the computer and tell me if you have the same satisfaction as with the powerpack?...for me it will be used around the computer
I'm trying it now as I type this post. Keeping in mind that I have a desktop computer (and I have no idea how well it works if you're using a laptop), and also that I'm direct-dripping (my carts are getting old and the "lint" is getting tired. I need to rejuvenate them)...
I seem to be getting the same performance (at least of vapor amount, vapor quality, and
throat hit/spicyness) that I get from the power pack. I'm currently using 18mg Camel flavor from Totally Wicked. Jebus! It's
definitely more peppery than I've really noticed before, which is good. I like spicy. Might be a bit of a shock unless you're used to it, though.
All in all, they both seem pretty comparable. I would definitely pick up a Kensington if you can, this thing is simply awesome! It's also extremely portable. However, if you must be wired to the computer, I still think you'll be happy with a Passthrough purchase. I am simply
amazed with the amount of vapor that my 4081 atomizer is putting out. Imagine taking a big drag off an analog, then exhaling a thick heady cloud of smoke. I'm getting the SAME EXPERIENCE with the passthrough! Granted, the desire for all those other nasty chemicals that I'm addicted to isn't being satisfied, however that full, thick "smoky feeling" is being met quite nicely. Rolling the vapor around in my mouth with a slow exhale feels almost exactly like it did with a cigarette. French inhaling vapor is also a very tasty way to consume it. Especially with TW juice that seems rather mild on the inhale and stronger on the exhale. Keep in mind that as your juice/atty runs dry the vapor will be more and more wispy. However it seems like there's a quicker "drop-off" with using the passthrough. You're vaping major clouds, then get a bit more of a wimpy one or two, then nothing. There's none of that "slow death" that the rechargable batteries seem to produce.
Of course, YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary).
EDIT: Thanks anyway Kendra, for the input. Better late than never! However they were sold out when I checked them, so I went ahead and bought through bestecig.com
