You could try Evods on your batteries. They're much more solidly built than the CE4/5 clearos imho..
I second e-pipemans post i have 4 evods loaded with diff juices and they work perfectly. They arent throwaways due to the fact that the heads are replaceable/rebuildables. The heads are also fairly economically priced and last a decent amount of time depending on how much/little you vape. 
Evods or mini vivi novas are good, depending on which you prefer. I'd say probably the Evod is more pocket friendly, although the mini vivi nova isn't bad. Replaceable heads are about $2 so it's cheap to get one Evod and a bunch of replaceable heads to reuse it.
Thanks everyone. I was looking at the cartos. This would be mainly for the times I'm at work. Where I can just put it in my pocket and not worry. My work has banned e cigs so I still have to make the walk to the old smoking post outside. It'd be nice to just pull out my vape from my pocket.
Carto = ok but old tech and not as straightforward as an Evod imho.
Have you considered the kanger protank? I haven't had any leaking issues with it, not sure about others though...
I've had no leaking issues but it is rather large for a chuck-it-in-your-pocket setup.
iClear 16s have done me well in those circumstances. Other than that I'm an RBA guy!

I love my Octopus - but it requires too much tlc to chuck in your bag and forget imho.
I found the kanger horizontal coil cartos to do well. I use strong flavors and e juice that has throat hit. Unless you are dripping or bottom feeding an atty the flavor and throat hit is most often the thing you loose. But I like automatic e cigs sometimes. Got started with them using eRoll, which, btw, are great flavor and throat hit and throw in pocket? But I have to try other things. The Volt, the 5 volt and 3.7 passthroughs with no battery and the automatic Zeus 5 volt. I'm still figuring out cartos and Atties too for these 808 devices and because of the improvements made with the Zeus specifically that little leaking problem that killed auto batteries before is gone so dripping is fine. I drip cartos for blast of flavor. It helps. But so does using stronger flavors and throat hit. Cartos get a bad rap but there are ways to make them work more satisfactorily and the horizontal coil is part of that in the Kangers

ok I ordered a couple of the Kanger Protanks and EVODs from Ivape. Thanks for all of the tips. Still looking for maybe the carto option.
Certainly - how do you vape it? Is there a drip tip attached to its tail?
if you don't want to mess with wiring and wicks, then IMHO VIVI Nova is a very good choice, me personally i switch to Ithaka and Kayfun. i will not brag about the vaping quality as this in most cases is biased, but i can say that on short term it was an expensive switch.
