@roxynoodle lol I don't like the sound of that at all. jedi mind tricks with rtas, but for the worse. who would have thunk it. I despise when a product comes in like that. It will ruin the whole experience. Even with tons of machining oil on it. At these prices, I would hope little has to be done when they arrive at our doorstep but that's never the case. Yeah, the momentous is what I've been checking out. No larger air holes. But the base's innards have a larger space inside for a "swirling" effect. I can dig it. I should try the lemo one of these days.

By the way how the heck did you clean your aromamizer? Mine really needs to be cleaned AGAIN, for it came to my door covered with machine oil. Wasn't the priciest rba so I won't fault them, but geeze, it is a royal pain to clean this thing completely.

Mine weren't bad at all, but I did the same as I always do. Take it apart and let it soak in isopropyl alcohol for a couple of hours. Scrub with a child size toothbrush, then good hot water rinse.

Oh dear, mine is quite bad indeed. lol I soaked mine overnight in white vinegar and scrubbed with toothbrush. Then boiled in water. Next night soaked it in isopropyl alcohol then scrubbed. THEN had to boil in water again. By then it was clean. Now it has brown spots all over the barrel where the logo is. sheesh!

Wow, even the worst atty I ever got came clean being boiled for 20 minutes. That one had thick, black tarlike crap everywhere including up the chimney. It was a k 4 clone.

And some of those aren't always what we hope either ;). See my post on the Calix. Oh, and it was filled with sawdust, too.

I've been pretty lucky with my little clone army thus far.

The way I look at it is I wouldn't ever spend the kind of money they ask for a high end atomiser, I really wouldn't so they aren't losing a sale if I buy a clone.

There are handbags out there that cost anywhere up to £100k and it's the same deal, l don't judge women who'd spend that much money on them, it's their money and if they have it and want it then buy it. There are things people would probably deem equally ridiculous that I would buy in a second if I had the money.

I've had a few 1:1 clones as well that I'm really glad I didn't fork out legit prices for.

AH, well the tarlike crap WAS on it lol it was right on the upside of the chimney here. They are sending me a new one free of charge. Once I got done boiling it, about 20 little brown spots showed up everywhere all along the top barrel where the logo is. My b and m shop did it for me, and that time may i remind you, the wires got cut by the post screws without my knowing when i set it down over the next couple days.MY first build, the center post was spinning somehow and, well yeah. It's just horrible. I'd rather not get a new one. But they insist on sending me one.

The tengu I got was just as dirty. I washed it 4 times and still could not get the smell out of it. I don't know how your experience was with the tengu, but that was mine. Now it's getting fixed by him, and getting sent back to me tomorrow. That's my luck with recent purchases with rbas after not purchasing anything for a good half year lol luck of the draw.

I'm sorry to hear :( I never got a Tengu. I wanted one, but didn't want to spend the money. I have 4 Aromamizers and they are all very nice.

I did have bad luck with 3 high end authentics in a row:
1. The Calix
2. The Ataman 2. Poor machining and wasn't sent a couple things I paid for. He would not send me those items unless I bought another atty. Heck, not even then...he told me "maybe we could discuss it."
3. The Urba. The 510 base was mismachined so it couldn't screw onto my mods. He fixed that and sent me a new base.

wow that's pretty bad. For some high end salesmen they can really be you-know-whats about certain things. Once I bought my tengu, it was said to be brand new, except for a slight imperfection on 510 which he told me about. When I received it, I saw about 4 scratches on it, and the juice control didn't function right. He took it back to fix it up, but we will see what actually got fixed bc he said "he did what he could do get the scratches off". If I pay that much for an atty, I expect a brand new one. Sadly not the case I see.
Why the heck did you get 4 aromamizers? Well I'm going to have 2 now. 1 in not so good condition. But the collection is increasing by the minute lol

Well, I didn't plan to have 4 Aromamizers, but 2 more were unwanted so I made a trade for them. I do like them :)

haha well I was wondering since you must've traded or bought/sold so many rbas in the past; I looked onto reddit in the classified for the first time if I find myself interested in doing so. Is it easy to make a swap or sell your items? What kind of payment do you sell them through?

I'm only set up to take PP, but some use Google Wallet. What happens, too, is you make friends with people after time. So once you do, a friend may say, "Hey, I bought these 2 Aromamizers and I hate them. Do you have something I might like better?". And you say, sure, I guess I wouldn't mind 2 more Aromamizers, and I have these you might prefer. And you can trade or pif things to each other without having to deal with selling them. And you usually know how the people you've gotten to know treat their gear. I've probably pifed 10 attys to members I've gotten to know also. I recently gave a mech to a poor college student who had 2 broken mods. I didn't know him, but, I remember being a college student :). And he was grateful, and he will do the same some day.

Ahhh, gotcha. Thanks a lot. That's what I need to do if I'm going to invest in a few more of these. That was really nice of you to do for him/her. I can't afford to just let these collect in my little "vape box" of useless toys over time. Some of these are in mint condition without being touched for years now.

I can't afford to give away high end ones unless they've become so unpopular they're going to be hard to sell. Trade, yes, pif no. But, not all of my stuff is high end. The mod worked well, and was safe, but I wasn't using it. It was packed away for Vapocolypse. A very nice person here did pif me a high end atty. And in exchange for that kindness, I pifed my 2 clones of it. And pif other things when I can. Hopefully it brings good karma  And sometimes I buy a clone to test drive something. And then buy the authentic, and pif the clone for someone else to try it.

So I sold my squape rs & kayfun v4. I miss them. Running a uwell crown subohm tank now and I miss having the flavor tank.

Currently looking at the ephoenix hurricane. Already had the kayfun v4 and squape reloaded but I want to try something new

Anyone want to chime in on the best tank for flavor? Looking to build it between .8-1.2 ohms.

As far as I am concerned the Goblin Mini RTA has the best flavor out there.
