The eroll is a great hands free vape when you use these >>510 Soft Mouthpiece/Sani-Tips - MyFreedomSmokes.com. The are very sturdy and well made. They are designed to go over a standard drip tip. The eroll doesn't have a drip tip but these covers can be fanagled onto the eroll. The eroll is a nice, small, lightweight device. This silicone cover makes it perfect for handsfree vaping. Looks a little peculiar but who cares. I use it when typing. doing dishes etc.

I also recommend the eRoll, but there is no need for the soft mouthpiece in my opinion. I use my eRoll hands free all the time, as is. It's extremely lightweight, and easily dangles from my lips. Good luck!

I agree that you the eroll can be used without the silicone tip. It just works better for me with one there. Especially when moving around the house or doing yard work. When I smoked I was up 2-1/2 packs a day. I had a cigarette in my mouth all the time and it was always between my teeth. Even when I was taking a drag. Biting it just a little bit. So the tip allows me to do that. All just a matter of preference. You can really bite down on it.

I also like the eroll for this. But just so you know, you could get blank cartos for any of the automatic cigalikes (ie volt, blooge, blu, etc) & fill them with your own juice. Blu's battery wouldn't last you very long & isn't very powerful which is part of why some people don't like them. Not sure how long a battery on an eroll lasts before needing a charge as I always take a puff off mine & put it back in the case again. That battery is made to take a puff or 2 off it & then put it back in the case to charge. Not everyone uses it that way but that's sort of how it's designed to be used. A larger automatic stick battery might be something you'd like better. The battery would last longer. Just something to consider.

The Vapor Zeus and Dial-a-volt both have automatic options.

Vapor Zeus - E-Cig Starter Kits | Vapor4Life E-Cigarette

Are y'all seriously shelling out $ 90 bucks for a cigalike? And one with an 808 connection? Holy Uckfay Batman!!!

I see the site has reviews out the yang yang touting it's praises so immeditely I am thinking, like, here:

Half of that price

Kanger KR 808 Carto Kit

or here, less than a quarter of that ridiculous price:

510 A Starter Kit

C'mon guys, you gotta look around. 80 or 90 dollars for a cig-a-like (or evn an Ego) is just a terrible waste of money. Think of all the juice that you could buy with the difference.
Just tryin' to save y'all some duckets.

For hands free, I have 350 mAh autos, which are the same diameter as a carto, and a couple of 1100 mAh autos, about Ego size diameter.

The 350s perform well with a LR carto, or a Vivi Nano.

The bigger ones will take any 510 or ego threaded topper, and are more like a cigar. But with the right tip, you can clench them in your teeth
