Our government just keeps getting dumber and dumber. Next thing you know we won't be able to test drive cars. Sigh.
Sounds like City Government, nice to know Nevada wants to build a wall around the entire state to keep all this craziness out.[emoji16]

My city did that but they did amend it to allow vape shops. They snuck it in. I think it's UN Agenda 21 crap. We also have roundabouts that we absolutely don't need and only make traffic worse.
My councilman that was pushing it in the news seemed to get threatening with me for complaining.

I don't know why the UN wants them but you can bet if you have them someone on your council is letting the UN not you decide what goes on.

My mailing address city (I'm in no mans land where 2 cities and the county fight over who gets my money) has a round about but it's a town square. Still stupid but at least it's history.

On roundabouts....i used to drive a semi. And ocassionally i would have to navigate these with a 70+ foot rig. A regular pain in the sit-upon and nearly impossible to keep the trailer tires off the curb. And before someone says i shouldnt take a semi into places like this, i will say it wasnt by my choice. Some customers are just located in places that are tricky to get a large truck into. I know....not vape related so ill add this.....you should try navigating a semi thru a roundabout while vaping. Wow! Lol

Great save, you did a roundabout right back to a vape related topic, a tip of the hat to you.

Man, well I'm sorry to state that I've been to Milwaukee and it's not high on my list of cities to revisit. Etc. Although I feel bad for all Milwaukee inhabitants.

Tucson, the town that has yet to even declare vaping a tobacco product. Maybe they will up and surprise me, but frankly we got Bigger Problems.

I'm still glad though and etc.

A year ago our county replaced a 4-way stop with a small roundabout (since they had to go through channels to widen the right of way). Truckers are constantly using that state route to get to and from a rock quarry located about 5 miles up the road.

They are supposed to widen the roundabout this year after purchasing the property along the edges of the roundabout. The one a few miles up the road is about 200 feet wide. The new one I mentioned is only about 50 feet wide and it's a horn-doggle to navigate for truckers. They are constantly knocking down signs and running tires across the middle of the circular part.

Poor planning precedes poor performance.

OMG Tucson has introduced roundabouts. They're terrifying (the other drivers) I will go a FAIR distance to avoid them. LOL. It's not good planning.

You ever want to read a good book on driving, read the book "Traffic," I think it is, it's THE BOMB can't remember the author's name but she's British. She explains driver behavior, safety, efficiency and she calls stuff like roundabouts "Road Furniture."

She also explains WHY YOU SHOULD be the (censored) driver who goes ALL the way to the front of the line, and merges there. I am said (censored) driver because of it. I am doing you all an EFFICIENCY FAVOR. But, it's fantastic.

LOL.
