Lost in the mail!!!

So I ordered about a buck thirty worth of juicy clear stuff from electro vapors the other day. I was pretty stoked yesterday when I checked it's status and it said out for delivery. With EV this usually means my juice is waiting for me in my mail box at home. It wasn't. I checked again today it said item successfully delivered...sweet go to check the mail nothing! WTF canada post! If it's not here tomorrow I'm gonna seriously flip out. I usually have my order from these guys next day due to relative proximity.

Could mean it arrived at your local post office awaiting to be delivered. At least I hope so. Don't they know how much you need your juices? Dumbass's

I had that happen about a month ago. The tracking said it was delivered but not to be found. I went the po and picked it up. You can do this without the delivery card as long as you can prove your identity. The delivery slip arrived the next day.

This is just a general post not to state anything on this case but as a retailer we have had HUGE problems from canada post in the last 3 weeks, they have now lost or taken seriously long times in over 10 cases, all of which i have to replace and resend out at my cost so please people while i know its HORRIBLY aggrivating its not the shippers fault. Again I am in no way connected to this certain post I just wanted to state this isnt any one sellers problem but all of ours and Canada post doesnt seem to give a damn.

You'd think in the face of lost revenues due to email, online billing/payment, etc., and stiff competition, CP would step up their service a notch. Not so much.

Perhaps you could look into other logistics. I know corporate rates are much more affordable than the average laypersons waybill.

The good news... I suppose due to it being express post, it should be insured. That being said cp is a gov' t agency. Good luck getting them to shell out some money with any sort of ease, or expediency. In no way do I place any sort of blame on the shipper, as EV has been nothing but awesome since I started dealing with them.

EV has been great with all my orders and jimilives from Juicy Clear stocks all my favorite vapes. Always a pleasure to deal with. Couple of great Canadian Suppliers.

I am having the same problem. My delivery from never arrived even though I got a email with the tracking number that said delivered. 3 packages missing and nothing for over a week now!!
Canada Post are ....ed. I think the suppliers should switch to fed ex or ups or some courier.

Add to that the ridiculous prices they charge to ship anything. Canada Post=FAIL.

Canada Post workers have been voting on whether to strike or not. They will be in a strike or lock out position around the last week of April. They are currently a crabby lot and I really think right now that is affecting our mail. Certainly not all of them but I bet we have more then a few throwing a wrench here and there into the works.

Lol, glad it's in your hand. I've got 2 juice shipments I'm waiting on. One from the states and one from Canada.

Finally I got 1 package a week later but the one with the juice is still missing and I have no juice so I had to buy a cartoon of analogs.
Actually the one package with my batteries and attys which was ordered after the juice came before and the former is still missing.
They should fire those mother....ers at canadapost and hire folks that want to work.
