Terry -- ice your back tonight and see if it will slip back on its own. I'd do another muscle relaxer too. I'm so sorry you are hurting.

My Chiro in NOLA had me lay flat on my back in bed when my 4th lumbar vert. went out. Try that too, as long as you can. I did it for a very long time after, but I find that I have to actually sleep on a side now, and I turn from side to side through the night. If you do this too, try staying on you back as long as you can. It will help to keep you straight... especially after an adjustment.

I only know how to budget for ecig stuff. :facepalm: I don't mind spending money on that but doctors????? 8-o

This I know from personal experience - the normally enjoyable things in life all suffer diminishment when I'm not feeling well. I believe someone living in chronic pain lives in a different world than we know and take for granted.

I wish I could but I can't sleep on my back. I snore on my back and that wakes me up. :lol:
