I found this

A. Pain from intermittent claudication is caused by your leg muscles not receiving the oxygen rich blood they require during exercise. The pain can be severe enough to hinder a person from walking. A "Charlie horse" is a leg cramp in the muscle and can normally be relieved by rubbing or massaging, and this may occur at rest or merely with stretching. The pain from intermittent claudication will always subside upon resting. If you are not sure if you have PAD, see your doctor! more

So you aren't having charlie horses. That sounds kinda funny. Well I wish it was just a charlie horse because that is easy to fix.

Then maybe I still need to ask about it.

I knew I'd get you on that one. Payback time. LOL!

A charlie horse is a very painful cramp in the back of your calf. I get them once in awhile while sleeping.

I get them up from my calf to the middle of my leg in the back. Sometimes further up.

yes I am getting the cramp while sleeping and also the pain while walking, I may have 2 different things at the same time, i run a sonogram last week, i will know my next visit to the doctor

I get them in my sleep, too. Geeze. This is getting complicated.

You're lucky you've fully recovered with little reoccurrence. I was rear ended and got whiplash and most people never recover from that. It has bother me ever since.

I count my Blessings. :)

It's called getting old and you know you want to stick around as long as you can.

You're now finding out that you aren't as healthy as you thought. It's better to catch these things early so they can be fixed. Wait too long and the treatment is longer, worse or it's too late for treatment.
