Hi there Sun. Oops, sorry about the condo miss. Are you in a hurry ... like a lease ending, or can you take your time to wait for the perfect find?
Oh Sea, I already had the perfect find - 3 bedrooms with 5 queen size beds. Even though I had inquired and we had discussed dates and when I would probably need to respond by, the owner rented it out for the last few days that we would need it. Bah!
Not yet! I'm still trying to make a decision.

Oh grumble ... just got a text from a loyal, regular customer ... going out of town Mon. morning and wants me to start work @ 4pm. I dont like to eat before I work in case I find something gross and gag. Cant go till 4pm w/o food, so I'll have to munch on a salad and breathe out of my mouth on the job ... I guess.
His home is the one of the worst ... his teenagers use the kitchen wall like a basketball backboard ... they throw at the wall instead of the trash below.

I kept saying I'd sleep in a Tent, but now, just for that, I'll bring one and sequester YOU to it.

Hey, Sea.....Do you ever use Lestoil when cleaning.....that smell would overtake anything you would run into. And it really works well on a lot of things. One of my old time favorites....but a very strong odor.

And it cleans a lot of things....stuff on a wall by a waste basket would need a degreaser type cleaner. It took fresh tar out of my daughter's jeans when she fell of her bike onto a newly tarred street. Dissolved that tar completely.

I had actually been looking at some with multiple bedrooms, a common area inside, and an outside screened area for BBQ'ing, etc. Can't find pics just now.
Glam I thought of you when I saw an article today about the importance of growing all your own veggies. Monsanto along with the govt is determined to make all Americans eat GMO-foods and fluoridated water. If you want to see the horrors of the effects of the GMOs on ppl's health and fluoride in water (what Hitler used on the Jews), all you have to do is go to uTube and type a search in for GMO food effects on health (or something similar) and fluoride in water.
I hope I can follow your example by putting more foods into the ground this coming growing season. I dont eat much meat, so when i was doing my fruit/veggie shopping yesterday, I was shocked to walk by a display of bacon and find that it was $9.50 per pound. Wow! Next thing you know ppl are going to get arrested for turning their yards into cattle and hog pens. No doubt someone will try.
