Glam I thought of you when I saw an article today about the importance of growing all your own veggies. Monsanto along with the govt is determined to make all Americans eat GMO-foods and fluoridated water. If you want to see the horrors of the effects of the GMOs on ppl's health and fluoride in water (what Hitler used on the Jews), all you have to do is go to uTube and type a search in for GMO food effects on health (or something similar) and fluoride in water.
I hope I can follow your example by putting more foods into the ground this coming growing season. I dont eat much meat, so when i was doing my fruit/veggie shopping yesterday, I was shocked to walk by a display of bacon and find that it was $9.50 per pound. Wow! Next thing you know ppl are going to get arrested for turning their yards into cattle and hog pens.

I don't think we have a lot of choice in the super markets....most things there are genetically altered. I stick with my own and the farmers markets and local berry farms...those I consider safe. But I will not give up bacon, I do not care how altered it is. But it is not $9 a pound here.....yet.
And we do not have it often, but when it is wanted/needed, nothing can take its place.
Never heard of it Glam. Thx, I'll google it. I use Folex for carpeting stains, Mrs. Meyers (green/biodegradable) for general and Krud Kutter as a degreaser; steam cleaner for all cabinets, countertops and flooring. I'll look on Amazon and find out if I can make use of it. If it has chemicals, I cant use it, though [exception would be to get a small stubborn stain out]. I do green cleaning only since I use solutions so often. My DD uses chemicals in her cleaning and is always sick with something ... right now she has a bladder infection. She's coming around slowly to the idea, but is still 50/50.

Evolution is a stringent, scientific theory with massive evidence that offers testable predictions the same way germ theory explains how e.coli and small pox kill human beings in order to save lives OR how the atomic theory explains the hundred thousand deaths at Hiroshima and Chernobyl while powering millions of homes. There are many straight forward videos of evolution on Youtube. I won't include a link here.
When was the last time God cured a disease for the hundreds of millions of people on earth? I ask again, what is HE doing for the 9 million children under 5 years old who perish each year?
We are only able to sit thousands of miles apart and talk to each other nightly on a Qwerty keyboard, free from illness, and create and watch YouTube videos thanks to evolution and other scientific theories that gifted us this modern life. If science hadn't come along, we would all be dead before the age of 40.
Either way...if God exists, "He" can utilize his omnipotent powers to miraculously open and host a thread for his followers to lavish Him with endless praise, to which I will not be a party. I will not be instrumental in further spreading such supernatural ideology, not in a thread I opened and host. It violates my conscience.
