Off to the chiro this morning, and then going to get my hair trimmed. Throat still feels scratchy...but so far no more symptoms. I did load up with mushroom and elderberry capsules last night. Both immune boosters.

Off to the chiro this morning, and then going to get my hair trimmed. Throat still feels scratchy...but so far no more symptoms. I did load up with mushroom and elderberry capsules last night. Both immune boosters.

I saw my first Bluejay for this year!

I been out going through the freezer. Arranging, getting rid of some stuff, and making decisions for supper the next couple of days. Tonight it's steak cooked on the grill!!!
