Hope everyone's had a great day. I haven't been able to get on much. My little one is sick with a stomach virus and I went shopping for a break. I spent way too much money on watches and a bag

My poor kiddo can't stop throwing up. I feel so bad for him. I bet I know where I will be sleeping tonight.

Thank you. Me too. I don't need this. I already have the week of the 14th off for surgery. I'm sure they would be thrilled if I took off tomorrow...not.
I just had to insert a phenergan and not the fun way. He would not let my hubby do it??? Back to my RN days.
I worked today, but it was a shorter day than the rest of the week. Tomorrow is the day off

Oh, my bad. I thought it was today. Well hey - now you have tomorrow to look forward to! btw - you should start taking your dirty laundry in and pretending like it is costumes that need to be cleaned. That would save ya some time!

The last three nights at work were so bad, I considered becoming a 'day' person and working at a surgical center Crazy talk, I know. I could never become a day person!
We had an emergency heart surgery (lasted all night), two emergency general surgeries, and two emergency craniotomies! There are only 2 CRNAs on at night, so we had to call in 1st call and our manager last night. It was horrible!
Tomorrow night hubby and I are heading to Durham to see Todd Rundgren
So there's a bit of happiness

Do tell!?!And I don't 'perform' the craniotomy… I just make sure they are asleep (and still) for them!
The surgeon did show me the perfectly round hole in the back of the guy's skull. From the bullet. We gots some mean folk in our town 
I'm baaaaaaaak.
I think she'll be fairly easy to appease.

Afternoon healthy Beachers, and one mangled Beacher.
We are now the proud owner of a new (not new new, but newer) 2012 light gold Yamaha 4 wheeler that hubs cannot keep his eyes off of. Some women have to worry about their hubs' having roving eyes for other women. Well, my competition has 4 wheels instead of 2 legs.
I hope they will be very happy together.

Yo Tink!!! Sorry it has been the long haul this week. Craniotomies huh? I'd use a little hatchet for that. So happy you are getting to go to the concert!
