Was it a Deep Tissue massage, or what? Deep Tissue is what I like the best.
Me tooooo. Mine involves elbows too...down my back. Deep tissue is the only way to go. Oh, and if anyone is modest about a massage...get over it. I take it all off. She/he even massages my ..... You'd be surprised how much that can hurt if you sit at a computer a lot.

Well, that's kinda what I'm talking about. It's hurts like a biatc* doesn't it? Mine is at a Drs office cause insurance covers as many as I want.
. The other thing that hurts is when they do the elbow thing and move it to your hip at the end. It hurts so good. . No spa or Swedish kind of massage for me. I'm actually sore the next day after they get done.

I've already iced my low back once after the massage, and I'll have to do it again tonight before bed. But the pain is worth it, because I'm already much better than I was
