Back to say good night, Beachers. LOL....after all that yelling for me to come watch tv with him, it was an episode we had already seen. Poor old confused hubs. So I watched a movie with him instead.
I am going to back read, then go to bed. It is warming up tonight...up to 28 degrees....the warmest it has been in ages. I might just sleep out tonight.

True!! My son has been pestering me for fried chicken lately
I make wonderful fried chicken and gravy, but I can't make a steak unless it's cooked to death ... aka Swiss Steak ... then it's pretty good. In the past, my BF's always grilled the steak, and I made the scallops and shrimp ... worked out ok.

Noooo!! A steak is best when it looks like you just "knocked the horns off", grilled it for a couple of minutes on each side, and serve!! I think a well-done steak is such a pity
