I'm going to tell my DD that you said that. She will be over to knock you over the head!

She probably got more last week than we did. That is unusual because the more eastern parts of the state usually get less.

I guess I should be happy we are getting rain instead of snow. Son has to drive to work several days this week. I'm not sure how ready he will be to try driving in snow any time soon

DH told him he can drive the Yukon (what I drove for years) if he is going to continue working part time at Kohls. However, if he gets a full-time job or goes to school we will get him a car. DH calls it "incentivising" him

I can understand that one. I was in an accident when I was in NOLA. I was pretty young. The car slipped on the oils on the road after it started drizzling and I swiped another car. I avoided that intersection for a long, long time. I'd drive miles out of my way to avoid it. I finally got brave one day and went that route. I didn't die, and that was all it took. But it can be daunting.

OMG I hope so. Can't even imagine driving a big rig in that!!

What you going to do after your snowed in and can't go to work?

I will be going in tomorrow morning but will probably leave early. Not sure about Wednesday.

How is he liking his truck driving job??

He likes, just not crazy about the company he works for.

Hey, Fudgey!!!

Sorry I am in and out. Hellraiser is being awful to the old girl tonight. He must have read my post praising him, and he did not like it. Did not fit his "bad boy" image. I just chased him down stairs with a rolled up newspaper, and when he tried to come back up, I threw it at him...that cat can move! :p Now he is sulking downstairs.....and I can see the top of the stairs when he decides to come back up.

I am ready for him......
