Break time!

Have hubs clothes all ready....I do not trust him to match shirts, pants, and jackets. And I know he would never think of.....gulp.....gulp.....IRONING! And I know who they blame if a man does not dress well when he has a wife.
I thought he was going to have a heart attack when he found out I got rid of his plaid suits.

Poor hubs.....before he met Glam!

And I am about 3/4 packed.....packing just sweatshirts, sweatpants and jeans. At least I do not have to pack for more than one type of weather.

Knee just now started really hurting....so naptime for an hour or so.

Back soon when I need another break.

Ham sounds good. I take it no bread though. They do sneak it in things, don't they.

Werken, werken, repairing a WinXP PC. Had to format and start over. Installing Drivers now. The last one this old would not rebuild fully do to Windows restrictions getting IE8 and things. I sure hope this one goes better.

Yes, sugar will feed the yeast that builds from the lack of good flora while on the antibiotics.

I hope you can get one of the Probiotics soonly. It's really a shame that the doctors don't address that issue as well with something that works. The first one I told you about actually has Live probiotics in it, and this is why it needs to be kept Cold... to keep them alive. This is also what makes it the Best.

No, I know about that, and I'm glad you're cutting down on it as much as you can.

Seems like you've been working a lot lately

I have some Probiotic's ordered Until then I'll just keep on with the smoothies, at least I've gotten used to the taste

The sad thing is I miss my evening French Vanilla coffee a lot more than candy cluster's
The good new's is I've lost almost 13 pounds in the last few months! (trust me, I could afford to)

Sigh. I was just reading on FB that a puppy in the UK died after eating an e-cig cartridge. It was posted via my vet's FB page. Somebody commented on it that "e-cigs are antifreeze and everybody knows antifreeze kills dogs" I had to "school" them. Why do people think they are made of antifreeze??

Because some test done in another country years ago showed a small amount of the same ingredient found in antifreeze in ONE of the samples of Chinese juice they tested. And so the rumor/legend began. And any anti smoking material has zeroed in on that and will forever.

Personally, living in Illinois this winter, I welcome antifreeze...in any form I can get it.
