The campus looks very similar to what it did. But the shops/restaurants nearby have completely changed, of course. Although there was one restaurant still there that I always loved when I was a student. I couldn't afford to eat there often back then because I was… a student I was glad to see Spanky's was still there.

Hey....we have a "Spanky's" here too.....but you do not eat there. And usually there aren't many women in the place.

Hubby and I had a great time at the concert. Hubby even enjoyed it, though he doesn't usually like Rundgren.

We spent the night in Durham. Then went to Chapel Hill (UNC-CH) and walked the campus. I graduated from there 26 years ago facepalm: I'm OLD) and had not been back since. We had lunch there, browsed in an old mill that had been turned into shops, and came home. And I took a 3-hr nap
