Hummm, here's a thought ... take the opportunity to do something fun instead ;)

 Well...by the time I get all the things done I need to get done around the place(cleaning, grocery shopping, going to see folks, laundry(although laundry does itself it's the ironing that takes the time)barn, putting gas in the vehicles...that pretty much takes up my weekend. For fun? I go to the bar after I close the motel up. So...that's fun. :D

 Noooooo...that's just the way it is. It's much better now. When DD was growing up I had to pack her stuff she was doing in with what stuff I had to do. And I'm a person that likes everything done before Monday morning from my lunch made to my clothes laid out. I'm not one to wake up two hours before I have to be to work. I have to have everything ready and timed perfectly. :D

Hey, Beachers.....it is quarter after 4 here....I am thinking about just leaving the cleaning for another day.....it is getting late.

And reading about your weekend tired me out too, Meggers. Good thing I did not read it earlier, I might have had to take a nap. Oh, that's right....I forgot....I did take a nap.

DH thinks we have to get someplace early. He has had me at the movies an hour early. I know take my time (which drives him nuts) so I stall off getting out the door. Still we will get there around 30 minutes early. At least I got time to get popcorn.

Mine is like that too, jj. I wonder how much of our lives have been used up just waiting for something to start because we got there too early. Last wedding we went to, we had to drive around killing time for 30 minutes because we were there way too early. And he starts complaining to me that I am going to make us late if I try to plan to get us there about 10 minutes before start time. :glare:

I don't know whether to laugh or cry when he's biting at the bit to get out the door!

I did the afternoon thing then came back and got back into my baggies. Well it was something!

Well.....I did clean out one of my magazine racks.....stuff in there from 2011, so I guess it really was time. No use reading it now....the information is all outdated. :D I think that is about the time I got internet service.

Don't read them much because of the internet. Exception is in a doctor's office. Sometimes I even find a halfway new one.

 Not me! DW is like that so...we take separate vehicles. The only place I HAVE to be is work. I've always said I can't be late for something I don't HAVE to do. That's my philosophy. My famous line is, "If you ain't signing my pay check...I ain't late." :D

    Good theory on life!

I do hate missing the first of a movie though.

Isn't this backwards thinking from most people. If you are signing my paycheck, I won't be late! Otherwise, no biggie if I am late....except places where everyone will turn and look at me if I am late....do not like that at all.
