And we can be 20 minutes late for movies at theaters now because of all the dang commercials. Just infuriates me that I cannot fast forward.

Time for hubs....we are having riblets, tater rounds, (you guys made me hungry for them) and corn tonight for dinner. Hubs will be so happy....he loves corn and tater rounds. Yes, we have gourmet taste at this house!

Me too, jj.....I was really mad. And it is not just a few....they go on and on. That is the main reason I always record anything I want to watch....and then having to sit through them at a movie that is not cheap.....just makes me mad thinking about it.
Blast from the past.....used to be one minute commercials...3 in a 30 minute program...,at the beginning, the middle, and the end. A total of 3 minutes per show......now look at the barage of commercials every 5 minutes of show!!!

Hi Beach! I was so irritated when I took bro out for birthday movie and dinner. The movie was supposed to start at 4:45. At 4:45 what DID start was the tv commercials and they continued showing them until 5:15 at which time we were "thanked" for having watched the previews - which it wasn't. THEN they started the trailers! So, next time I'll plan on arriving when the movie is supposed to start and then take my time with a potty break and getting a drink. I usually don't buy popcorn and take my own candy if I think I will want some. What's your choice of candy for the movies?

I eat between 2 and 6 per day, sometimes more. Two boxes of 5 dozen won't go bad.

Yes, I got a bunch of stuff. There was room in the trunk for more than just eggs.
