I did do some brisk walking after I got to work. Walked up a flight of steps at east end of hospital, then walked to the west end, up another flight, then walked back to east end, etc.... Up to 6th floor. Then did it all in reverse, comeing down a level each time.

"Nostra Chicken" (the name of restaurant is Nostra). Chicken with mushrooms and other yummy stuff, over pasta.

Sounds like it is a back to the stairs afterwards kind of meal. But the mushrooms are low calorie.

Oh. I thought it must be a chicken that could see the future... named Nostradamus.
