I do not usually do the hard stuff unless sharing a drink with company...on a social basis. But I do have a glass of wine occasionally. I like to sit on the deck in the summer with my pv and a glass of wine. I can't wait!!! Cold records going on all over the country...the eastern half is way below normal...the western half is way above normal. The Arkansas fishermen are down there with a record cold spell.
A cold snap here tonight
It is supposed to get down to 24 tonight. I think this winter may have killed some of my plants
I have had a gardenia bush since I moved in 10 years ago. It is brown 
A lot of the plants we planted last year in the natural area don't look like they are going to green up

DD had the same problem. I hope it never affects the tulip tree. I love that thing!!
Well, kids.....guess I had better get ready for bed....the little girl has been anxiously biting at the bit to get in the big bed. LOL....she is excited because we have a tv in there, and I think she is planning on watching the Mickey Mouse Club all night.

.....I know how disappointing that is. I lost my big hardy mum last year....and who knows what this year. We usually have stuff coming up by now.....but not this year yet. Night again.

Where was this before I left?!!! I could have used it. I did spill half of my first beer when I set it on an uneven table at the food bar, after the wedding. It feel behind the table, so a worker picked it up and tossed it. I was too busy apologizing for the mess to think about it, but had I seen this, I could have moved the table and jumped down there to slurp it up, or fought with her when she went to throw away the bottle (it wasn't empty).
So I left by myself... again. That just might do it.
Had as good a chance as anything.
Like mop it up with my tie and wring it back into the bottle?
Got home, changed clothes, and back read. This post of yours wasn't here when I started. Sorry I missed you.
It was a very nice wedding and the bride is a sweet, lovely young lady. My nephew will be 33 in a couple weeks and she will be 30 soon after. Most of my family was there, including my sister in OK and her daughter (my favorite niece).
I'm gonna call it a night here and put on a movie for a little while.

Good Morning, Beachers.......I see our chef Dale has been up cooking for us this morning. Thankfully, that means I can throw this tasteless, healthy stuff in the garbage.
No wonder you are planning your nap, Dale.....you were up before the roosters started crowing.
Granddaughter is still here....the guys texted, they will be home early afternoon, so I told her mom she might as well stay and ride home with her daddy. We stayed up until 10 watching Garfield, and got up at 7. I am tired because I did not sleep well.....I slept on hubs' side which has an extra blanket and I was too warm, which caused tossing and turning. So it might be a nap for me too.
Glad the wedding was fun for you, VG.....yes, you could have used that spilled beer moment to pick up chicks.
Much better than a "come here often?" line.
