I thought Chevy did good in the first Fletch. And I love The Blues Brothers!
He wasn't as 'walk throughy' in Fletch, I'll grant you that and parts of all of them are 'entertaining'. Being a 'blueman', I wasn't enamored with Blues Brothers as most, (or Ghost Busters - and again, thought Bill carried it - although the one line by Danny on the Stay Puff Marshmellow man was a perfect real world point of psychology
) - I'd call it Rhythm and Blues Brothers and I'm not an R&B fan. Aretha's Jailhouse Rock during the credits was outstanding though - seems like I've tried to find that on youtube - just that part ... unsuccessfully but that was when I wasn't as experienced.... I liked Ghost Busters too.
But both movies suffered from bad sequels. The second B Bros...yuck!!
