My parents were nutritional cooks. I never had biscuits + gravy nor hashbrowns + gravy until I married and left home. My DH's parents were from the MidWest and ate like that daily. I loved it!

once i was in a restaurant and i ordered breaded steak then i ask for lemon ,the waitress went like crazy ............. i eat what i want not rules on the kitchen for me
A little indulgence can go a long ways.
I tell DW that to a point, why bother living? Off on tangent here, but taxes do not deserve to share the permanent status with that other thing. 
I was at a Buffalo Wild Wings and ordered a vegetable/cheese quesadilla....asked them to hold the quesadilla and just give me the filling....they would not do that. So they brought me the quesadilla, I took out the filling....they had to throw the quesadilla away.....what a waste!
