No...still not much TV for me. Why the pirate's eye patch? :?:

Well... they used the eye patch to 'condition' the one eye to see in the dark - get into the hull of a boat, no light, switch the patch to the other eye - see stuff - they Mythbusters - tested it out on an obstacle course and it worked!

This is not the model I bought. It looks ok though. Maybe even better than mine. Mine don't have a photocell to keep them from coming on in daylight, but mine are likely brighter. The photocell is important for battery longevity, and you don't need them to be bright enough to read by, LOL.

Thanks. It's amazing how much we can see with very little light. It does take conditioning. :)
