No, they only had their mama. These are more kittens from school. I had to part way crawl under an air conditioning unit where mama was keeping them. There they were, just layin' in the dirt. I saw her later but she avoided my trap.... Other than that hole he seems healthy enough. But if it is a true hole through to his esophagus I don't know that they will be able to do anything.... ok -- enough about these little ones. I get to go though dental torture this thursday lol. At least he gave me some dalmane and a couple of halcion to take before the appt. So, if you see me on here thursday afternoon and I write wicked things just tell me to go to bed lol.

Just came back from my post-op dental appointment today...know how you feel. My dentist gave me an A for home care...I only wish I'd done that earlier. Shaking head...

JJ -- as horrible as it is to consider the worm scenario, it would be the best one. The idea of a hole really worries me. All I know is when I feed him something tries to come out of his chest: milk, worm, who knows. Okay, I can't talk about it although I can look at it. Make me want to throw up lol. Let's see.... who did the weirdest thing today?

Just came back from my post-op dental appointment today...know how you feel. My dentist gave me an A for home care...I only wish I'd done that earlier. Shaking head...

LOL -- home care, where brushing and flossing are no longer enough. Electric toothbrush -- check. Waterpik - check. Now mix a teaspoon of bleach into the waterpik water to kill bacteria. What will he think of next? I'm glad you got an "A". I never get an A from the dentist or doctor lol.

On another note I had to snicker at their directions for clothing. Wear something warm as you will be here 2-3 hours. Yeah, right. Wear something warm, have a hotflash in my drug-induced sleep, and dig my clothes off. Uh huh. Sure. I am wearing shorts and a t-shirt and will take a cat blanket with me -- light but warm if needed.

Well, my "procedure" was early in the morning and this is not FL! It was so cold, the dentist had a space heater blowing cold air at my face while I was waiting. I finally got out of chair and turned it.

You do want to bring blanket. Staying immobile like that for a while, the body does shut down and get chills. And I doubt you'll be "overheating" there.

Unfortunately it isn't according to the dentist. We all have bacteria in our mouths, but it seems I have some lovely kind that needs to die quickly as it attacks the bone. I hate the idea of putting such a strong base in my mouth, even if it is extremely diluted. Bases are slick and don't want to go away.

Huh? Who did something weird? I think I did "damage" to the rats. Bait consumption has dropped off a cliff. No dental appointment for a month. Now, if I can just chop those weeds, I can finally relax.

She arranged for our dentist to do a bunch of work on one of the women. Apparently the woman was embarrassed of her teeth so the night before the appt she swished with full strength bleach. Did a lot of damage to her gums. I guess that sticks in the back of my mind when I think about that waterpik....

OUCH! That had to hurt, burning the skin right off! 8-o Lucky she didn't get poisoned. Poor woman.
