Cool!Also 10-15 knots!
Doesn't sailing look fun?
I've always enjoyed it - not on those rigs though....
Do you sail regularly? I bet even a little 10 footer would be fun.
ETA: What a feeling, being moved by the wind, no motor, no man-made noise!
Not regularly... mainly on vacation but around here in the summer some. Exactly what I like about it, although I can enjoy power boats too....
Is it on an ocean or lake, both? I've got to do it the next time I get close to the ocean, only in my imagination thus far.![]()
Rides in....comes to a stop.....turning over at Pre-vets @ 3:25
Speeds off..............................................
That's the pointMy experience has been Hobiecat catamarans mainly and a few a bit bigger - Privilage? don't recall. I've been on bigger sailiing cats but not running them.... mainly whalewatching but a few other 'dinner' or pleasure cruises - for the day/night only, not on any long cruise.
I also have "America's Cup" 12 meter scaled down RC's for the pond. That's fun too. the wind mechanics are the same and the ones I have have both sail and rudder controls.
Let's go hiking![]()
