So this is now my second time posting in this section regarding issues with madvapes. As i have had my positive experiences, i am more than over dealing with their ridiculously stupid customer service system. They offer a customer absolutely know way to directly speak with a representative but rather make them solve problems through a terrible ticket system. I ordered a trident rba and i received it 3 days ago however, all 3 of the post screws were missing. I immediately filed a ticket and have yet to receive any type of help or response from a employee. Even though its not a huge deal as its only 20 dollars, its negligent for them to take as long as they are to help a returning customer.
