Twice now I have tried to call and got no results. The zipper on my brand new XL Carrying Case broke after less than two weeks. Just tried calling and was on hold for 20 minutes. Out of the blue a message came on saying to leave a message. Tried calling right back and it said the office was closed. Had the same thing happen before when I called on another issue.

If you go to the website during business hours chances are you will be able to get help via chat. I made a mistake on my last order and needed to cancel before it shipped. I think it was Christie that took care of me while I chatted with her. Much faster than trying to get through on the phone, give it a try next time.

Using that form also creates a "time stamp" of sorts, so you can prove that YOU contacted THEM in a timely fashion. That's how I've always done it - I've always gotten timely replies and my problems have always been resolved quickly. Plus, there's documentation of the incident that you can backtrack on if you need to.

But for emergencies (like order add-ons), the chat's probably faster, like Q said. It's just more convenient for me to contact them after hours. And I'm used to emailing, as a lot of my other vendors hardly ever do business by phone anymore.
