I'm using stainless steel (ss316l) 28 gauge right now to build a coil with 2.5mm internal diameter to do MTL. I've wrapped coils anywhere from .5 ohms to .8 ohms. Works great for MTL.
For this, and another thread, I decided to break out the geekvape MTL spool I have. It's 28*2 parallel, +38 SS316L. 9/10 wraps, I hit 0.47 Ohm's, and get what I would think would be a nice cool MTL vape @12w.

Or if you want to go ultra-low, the same coil in Ni200 30Ga would be about 0.07 Ohm (close to the lower limit of most devices)

Happy around the 0.5ohm margin. Plus using resistance that low is not really for newbies like the OP, and definitely needs to be used only in TC mode :thumb:

Yep, that's my sweet spot for mtl coils too :thumb:
