I get about 1 hour with a 10440 battery and a LR atomizer on my slim. And I am a heavy vaporer (about 9ml a day). I get a half a day with with a 18650 1600 mah and just about a full day with a 2200-3000 mah 18650 battery in my GGTS with the same atomizer. Since I have been buying/using LR atomizers, I rarely vape at 6v any more.

I know battery life is shorter, but it is not a concern at all. If I want a similar vaping experience, I need to go 6v anyway and those batteries only have a 500-750 mah rating (I get 2 hours max with these), which will put me at a much shorter battery life than a single 18650 with a LR atomizer. Not to mention its safer, since you arent stacking batteries.

As I stated in my previous conversation with Imeo, these LR atomizers will have a pretty large demand and its already starting to show with multiple vendors offering them. As the price point continues to drop and quality improves, we will probably see more and more people moving away from standard and HV atomizers for LR ones.

I've seen LR atties advertised at Eastmall for as low as $3 a piece! The norm tends to hover around $10 per LR atty. Prices are steadily falling all over the place.

LR on another brand I use last me all day and its a 650 mAh Batt, I know Imeo you dont like that but it does, however my GGTS also last all day with and 18650 in it with an LR Atty maybe 2 days, I like em both, Imeo with this being said and I say it for a reason it would be nice for you to come out with a small unit that takes something like a 750-950 mAh unit that we could put in our pocket, that would last with these LR Attys. Just a thought Imeo, smaller and thinner than a GGT by a good amount with a Battery built into the unit that we just plug in maybe too, in all Brass of course Imeo, it would only have to be a bit larger than the slim the way I see it.!!! These LR's are becoming very popular and people like carrying a small mod in pocket with huge clouds of vapor, if someone can machine and design this unit you can Imeo.!!!

mwa this sounds a lot like the new grant that is either in production now or will be very shortly... My old style grant is thinner and shorter and runs off of the 14500 batteries. The battery life is greater on the larger battery for sure. Thanks for your info... I will have to give this a try with other devices to compare my experience with battery life.

GGTS with a single rcr123a 3.7v limn battery and LR atomizer. Very small and puts out clouds of vapor. And with the Limn, you are well below the max drain rate.

How does the LR attie compare itself with the GGTS, a regular 510 and a High drain 18650 battie in terms of TH, Vape and Flavor?

emonty i use a LR atty on my GG Grant with a 14500 and it kicks .....and loads vapor and TH. also use it on a phidius 18650 high drain and it is amazing vapor and TH. i also use a regular new 510 cartomizer on the phidius with 3.7v 18650 high drain and that is amazing as well. not as much vapor and TH as the LR but its not bad at all. i dont really like 6 volts with a carto as i get that burn taste. actually i will take that back, my GG Grant works very nice and smooth at 6v as far as vapor and TH. the grant 6 volts doesnt have that hot burning taste that other mods have. really im telling the truth herel but it doesnt work so great with a regular old time carto on a 3.7v 18650 high drain. a lot has to do with the new cartos being made. teh 510 cartos are between 3.1 ohm and 3.4 oh, reading so its pretty cool hit. loads of vapor and TH.
but remember if your going to use a Low Resistance atty just use it on 3.7vg please. it is not for anything other than 3.7v. Hope that helped you emonty.

Cos,

thank you for your view. I was just thinking about the 3.7V. currently the Slim is great with the i3, no problems, but if the LR is better in terms of TH, then that is a plus. what I also would like to know is flavor, as with 3.7 and the i3 or a regular 510 that is very nice. Just the TH is a minus IMHO. Now if we look at the GGT or the GGTS, I think the best for dripping is 7V+ with the I-7 attie, there is no equal experience to that :TH, Flavor and Plumes of Vapor. Besides the battery lasts very very long. short hits is all you need to be in heaven. Now with the new AFS coming I think the I6 with 6V willbe the ultimate in our vaping experience. The i7 in combination with the AFS we have to wait and see how that will be. Imeo is working hard to make the best for us, I know that. Just the hype around the LR atties is suddenly another road, one that I would like to try and experience with different juices before making any judgements.
