I would stay most people stick with SR. I use standard resistance on twists because they work better at a higher voltage and there is less risk of getting a burnt taste. I only use low resistance things - specifically cartomizers on 3.7v devices like 510 batteries and standard egos.

LR or low resistance (~2 ohm) and requires more power, but creates more heat and vapour. Standard resistance (~2.5-3.0 ohm) uses a bit less power, but has less heat and vapour. However if you're using variable voltage, I believe SR has a slightly better range that it works well at, plus seems to work better on higher voltages. Someone else can explain ohms in detail or correct me if I'm wrong. :)

The new Stardust 2.0 comes with replaceable heads, so you could get a higher and lower ohm to try out, cheaper than replacing the whole stardust. I believe they're ~$3.

I get way more flavor out of the 1.8ohm units myself then I do the higher ohm units, and vape them anywhere from 3.2v-4.2v depending on what juice I' using. The hotter coil just seems to give me more flavor, but everyone is different and has there own sweet spot for each different vaping set up they have, so its a to each there own type of thing, personally anyone trying a Stardust or even a CE3-4-5-6 should get there original order in pretty much whatever different ohm units they offer on that first order, so they can try each to see what they like best then on there next order they know what to order ;) They also may prefer a couple different ohm units for different juices since they dont all vape the same.
